Flowing Femininity

Flowing Femininity was created to help women (or anyone who menstruates) who suffer from PMS and painful periods. Those who have gone to countless doctors, only to be told that their symptoms are normal, those who simply believe that having a period shouldn’t be so hard. The good news is that your period can and should be painless, even effortless. While it has become the norm for women to suffer once a month, it is possible to balance your hormones, achieve hormonal health, tune into your cycle and reclaim your cyclical power.

This is what our coach aims to help you achieve; by looking at your life as a whole and finding potential areas of growth and improvement. Flowing femininity is nutrition focused, and coaching is done by facilitating lifestyle changes (including nutrition, movement, and mentality). Most importantly, we believe that as the only person who has ever lived in your body, you ultimately know what’s best for you. We go at your pace, and only attempt what is plausible for you.

We believe that there is power and insight that comes from your cycle, if one only knows how to reach inside and listen. Allow us to help you do just that!
